Product Returns

At TheSnkrPlug, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Products that are damaged, used, or no longer in sellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

• Contact our customer service team via info@thesnkrplug.com to submit a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
• You will receive a return label and further instructions on how to return the product.
• Ship the product back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.
